Ryan saw a picture yesterday that he thought was totally awesome. There was a photo of a woman, sitting directly behind the moderator at one of the Presidential debates, who was passed out. Completely and utterly asleep. There’s a heated debate and back & forth going on and this woman is conked out.

Rich was at a Mets game once and he turned to see a guy sleeping in stands. Now, the Mets aren’t usually very good but still! How do you fall asleep in the middle of a game that you’re at! Ryan is sad to admit that he once fell asleep at a concert. Not passed out, but actually sleeping.

What’s the weirdest place you’ve fallen asleep or seen someone else fall asleep?

Ryan’s birthday is in a couple days and his parents came up this past weekend to visit him and take him out. They went to a really nice restaurant for dinner so Ryan thought he was going to get away without any cheesy birthday stuff. And he almost did. At the end of the dinner they came out with a cake and candle on it but thankfully, there was no birthday song sung to him. He finds that so embarrassing.

Nicole says that even though she pretends to hate it when she gets sung to in a restaurant, she actually secretly loves it.

Rich admits that he’s an attention whore. But even he finds the entire situation of getting “happy birthday” sung to him in a restaurant super awkward.

Ryan had a question for Nicole this morning about girls posting their picture up on facebook. He’s heard rumblings that girls are now going to extreme editing lengths before they post their pictures up. They’re not just taking the red-eye out, they’re giving themselves whiter teeth, a better tan, and anything else they can do to make themselves look better in the picture.

Do you know someone that goes to extreme lengths to enhance their photos before posting them? Would you ever go to those lengths?

Ryan read a story yesterday about a guy who probably had one of the worst weeks ever. Not too long ago some guy got arrested and gave police this man’s information. Well fast forward some time later and that info then led to a warrant which led to this innocent guy getting arrested for inappropriate touching of children that some other dude did. He spent 5 days in jail trying to convince the police that he wasn’t the man and that they had his information by mistake.

Let’s just say he got wrongly accused for one of the worst things you can get wrongly accused of.

Has this ever happened to you? Maybe not to this extreme but have you ever been wrongly accused of something?

Ryan is has some unwelcomed at his apartment recently. He’s never had them in this apartment before, but they’ve found a way in. Mice. So Ryan took precautions. He set up 12 mousetraps (ok, perhaps a little excessive). He called his landlord but unfortunately his landlord is in the hospital at the moment so for the time being he has to deal with it himself.

But Ryan is no stranger to pest problems. He lived in a basement apartment in Baltimore and it had a major slug problem. Slugs everywhere, awesome.

Stan lives in Pennsylvannia and the area where he is has a major problem with farm rats, the ones that are almost the size of cats.

What’s the worst pest problem you’ve ever had in your life?

Ryan was walking through the office the other day and overheard someone telling another co-worker that his dog ate his glasses. No really, the dog ate his glasses.

Nicole’s dog Phoebe has chewed up her glasses a bunch of times. Ryan’s friend once found his laptop all chewed up by his dog.

What weird things has your pet chewed up or eaten?

Disney just announced that their changing an appearance policy they’ve had in place for 60 years. They’re finally going to allow facial hair. It’s a little strange that they didn’t allow facial hair in the first place (although, mustaches can be a smidge creepy sometimes).

Luckily, here at Sirius XM there aren’t many weird rules regarding our appearance. We can pretty much dress how we’d like.

But what about your job? Does your company have any weird rules regarding appearance?

Ryan went to visit his family back in Pennsylvania not too long ago and had dinner with his family. He noticed something about his cousin that he had never noticed before. She was eating dinner with plastic silverware. When Ryan asked her about it, she said that she doesn’t use metal silverware. She won’t eat with it and hasn’t since she was a kid. She’ll even bring her own plastic silverware to a restaurant.

Ryan also knew someone who refused to make left hand turns when they drove. He never found out why but he knew that person did not turn left.

Do you someone with a weird quirk like that? They won’t do or use something completely normal and go out of their way to avoid it?

Ryan was watching TV this weekend and once it got to a certain point late in the night, the regular programming switched off and an infomercial switched on. He watched for a couple minutes just to see what it was about but he couldn’t understand how infomercials are so successful. Who actually sits there and watches the whole thing and believes the claims?

Rich disagrees with Ryan and thinks some infomercials can be very addicting. He found himself watching one about Brazilian butts over the weekend for over half an hour.

Ryan says that’s the point with informercials. They make something that’s not that awesome look really awesome.

Ryan was hanging out with a buddy this weekend, a guy he’s known since college, and he found out that this guy has a twin sister. In all the years that Ryan’s known this guy, he’s never mentioned to him, or anyone else for that matter, that he has a twin. It turns out that this guy just didn’t want any of his guy friends knowing that he had a sister because he didn’t want them hitting on her and trying to get with her.

Rich doesn’t understand that theory. Wouldn’t you rather have someone you know date your sister rather than a complete stranger? Ryan thinks that exact same thing.
