I just got a new boss that is awesome, supportive and down to earth! This is hard to find in a health care system these days with all the changes that are coming down the pipe with our presidents assanine(sp?) and cockamaney health care reform bill. It comes down to expecting more out of the hospital and it’s employees and continuing to cut reimbursement to cover the expenses. Health care is not the money maker it used to be!! The public doesn’t understand how much it has changed. Doctors malpractice insurance has skyrocketed. Nurses are now purchasing malpractice insurance due to sue happy people. What ever happened to wanting to help people, but also realizing that every one is human and makes mistakes. Don’t get me wrong there are a lot of lawsuits that are legit, however , there are twice as many that are not!!!
