Is Airline Food A Threat To Our Safety?

For those of you who like to sit back and enjoy a meal on the plane, Ryan urges you to pack a sandwich. Recent reports disclosed by the Freedom of Information Act (FDA) reveal that kitchens where airline food is prepared pose serious health threats, from unclean equipment to dead cockroaches and rat feces.

A spokesperson for one of the three airline catering groups targeted addressed the issue, saying the situation is being taken care of in order to ensure that food is safe. Regardless, we don’t think we’ll be boarding the plane with empty stomachs any time soon.
