The other weekend Ryan had a BBQ and was hanging out talking to some friends. One of his friends was saying how happy she was that this particular girl hadn’t showed up. Ryan agreed with her and added that he didn’t really like her very much. He then turns around to go refill his drink and who’s standing right there but the girl they were just talking about. Awkward. She didn’t say anything but Ryan is sure she heard them.
Rich’s buddy Covino had that happen to him. He was on the phone with his boss who was telling him all these things to do. He said bye, thought he hung up, and went on to talk about how he didn’t like her and that she was stupid and then he heard he say, “I’m still here,” and realized he had never really hung up.

me and my coworker were talking about how we didn’t like my boss and all the dumb things she does all of a sudden she comes out of the room behind us I swear she was spying I hope she liked what she heard lol
OMG I so have… at work there’s a certain person that most of us can’t stand (suck up/brown noser) well I had sent an email to my coworker about this person and with her on my brain accidentally sent the email to the person we don’t like rather than my coworker friend. yikes! had to pretend I was picking on her and it was a joke. NOT
a co-worker told me and epic tale of how she went to her 20th class reunion and totally messed up…the story went like this…one of the guys from school had miraculously transformed and was now a woman, or so it appeared…she had heard about it but not seen it for herself. At the reunion she was standing in a group of people…they were talking about the who was the most successful, who had the most children and she piped up and said, I vote for Steven for the most changed…she laughed but noticed that the rest of the group fell silent…then Steven, now Stephanie said “thank you.”
My 16 yr old daughter thought she texted me that her father is a jerk but, she texted him instead..oops. Her father and I got a big laugh at that.
I’m a nurse and was working in the emergency room one day when a patient came in with a broken leg. We started an IV, gave her some narcotics and called the ortho doc. The doctor wanted to talk to me on the phone before he came in to set the leg and started screaming about me having already given pain med and blah, blah. A little while later someone asked me how it went with this doctor and I started spouting off about what an asshole he was and I turned around to find him standing there!! It turned out to be the best thing I ever did because he was very solicitous to me and even got me a chair to sit in while I held her leg so he could set it!!!
my mom and Ryan need to take lessons on how to hang up a phone.
