Nicole was on the phone screaming at her fiance this morning. He had lost the car. Nicole couldn’t believe it. How do you lose a car?!

Now it turns out that he didn’t actually lose it, he just forgot that he moved it. But has this ever happened to you? Have you ever lost, or potentially “lost” your car?

Ryan read a story yesterday about a guy who probably had one of the worst weeks ever. Not too long ago some guy got arrested and gave police this man’s information. Well fast forward some time later and that info then led to a warrant which led to this innocent guy getting arrested for inappropriate touching of children that some other dude did. He spent 5 days in jail trying to convince the police that he wasn’t the man and that they had his information by mistake.

Let’s just say he got wrongly accused for one of the worst things you can get wrongly accused of.

Has this ever happened to you? Maybe not to this extreme but have you ever been wrongly accused of something?

Ryan is has some unwelcomed at his apartment recently. He’s never had them in this apartment before, but they’ve found a way in. Mice. So Ryan took precautions. He set up 12 mousetraps (ok, perhaps a little excessive). He called his landlord but unfortunately his landlord is in the hospital at the moment so for the time being he has to deal with it himself.

But Ryan is no stranger to pest problems. He lived in a basement apartment in Baltimore and it had a major slug problem. Slugs everywhere, awesome.

Stan lives in Pennsylvannia and the area where he is has a major problem with farm rats, the ones that are almost the size of cats.

What’s the worst pest problem you’ve ever had in your life?

Mash Up friend Amy wrote on the Mash Up’s facebook page about a little dilemma she was having. Here’s what she said…..

Here’s a dilema…what do you do when someone overstays their welcome. They come into town every other week and spend the majority of their time at your house, expecting you to drop all of the responsibilities you have so you can hang out. My husband and I both work full-time and we have a 10 year old daughter. After work, we like to have family time over dinner then we work on homework and try to spend some quality time together. When this person is in town, they come over and eat our food, interrupt our dinners and family time, and it is hard to get our daughter to work on homework. I don’t want to be rude, but how do you let them know that sometimes it’s just too much? They are overstaying their welcome, plus we have to feed them every night. We call this person our shadow. Help!

Nicole says the best thing to do would be to sit down and talk with them but that’s always easier said than done. Stan says that maybe you should start to have lots of plans and things that you need to do so that you’re not home and then they can’t bother you.

What would you do if you were in Amy’s situation?

On a plane ride back from LA this weekend, Rich watched the movie, “What’s Your Number?” with Anna Faris and realized that it’s one of those movies that you shouldn’t watch with your significant other. Just like ‘The Notebook” or the new one that’s out, “The Vow,” certain movies contain certain unrealistic situations that just make you look bad in front of your man or woman. Or with a movie like “What’s Your Number?” it just invited questions about your past romances and that can do nothing but cause trouble.

What movies do you think are bad to watch with your significant other?

Rich needs The Mash Up’s opinion, and yours, on a very important issue. Is strawberry chapstick feminine? Rich loves strawberry chapstick. It tastes delicious. But the other day, one of his friends was busting his huevos about it and said it was feminine to be using it.

Nicole thinks it is a bit feminine and also, the fact that it tastes good is irrelevant. Kids eat chapstick, not adults. Stan and Ryan both agree. Once chapstick gets a tint it’s essentially a lip gloss.
