What can be more boring then sitting quietly at a table for hours looking at cards trying not to make any facial expressions? I tolerate his poker playing because he tolerates going to ice rinks with me to watch me practice figure skating. I'm pretty sure he doesn't enjoy freezing his butt off just as I don't enjoy sitting in a smoke filled casino. Sometimes, you have to make sacrifices for each other.
