Do You Weigh Yourself At Specific Times?

We learned a fun fact about Ryan this morning. When he’s home, Ryan will weigh himself after every time he goes to the bathroom. Before AND after. Nicole will sometimes weigh herself after a big meal so that she how much she ate in weight and then yell at herself as punishment for being a fatty and eating too much. Apparently, this gets her really motivated to go to the gym.

Rich had never had a scale until he moved in with his now fiance’. He’s figured out that he pretty much fluctuates 5-10 pounds within the same range. Stan doesn’t really weigh himself, but if he does it’s under the usual circumstances. How do you weigh yourself? Do you have any strange or interesting routines or rituals for weighing yourself?

    I am training for a figure show. I started weighing almost 200 lbs and the scale was my enemy! Now I am 135 and weight before and after morning pee just for giggles! Nicole never weigh yourself in the evening because weight can fluctuate 4 to 5 lbs in a day with food, water etc!

    I have 4 kids and weigh myself when I feel like it. I have a great metabolism so I am still in great shape whether I do anything or not. If I go to the gym- which I usually do after a child is born, I get in great shape and feel strong faster. The scale in our house is a pc of crap and can fluctuate depending on how you stand on it. If I feel low- I stand on it a certain way. Due to my frugal scottish heritage- I hate to buy too many pants so that is my best way to tell if I’m gaining weight or not. My husband could care less how I look so I stay trim and hot for me- for looks from other men and women. That is my guage for whether I look good or not. I enjoy looking hot but only in other’s eyes. I am proud that I take care of myself and eat as healthy as I can (sans the Mr. Bigs that I indulge in) in order to stay this way- good on anyone that trys to stay healthy and trim. Good health comes with a trim physique so eating healthy and excercise is always the best medicine no matter what your weight is!
