One of Ryan’s best friends has started to develop a very specific title in his life, c-blocker. Why, you ask? A great example is this weekend when they were at a mutual friends wedding and were sharing a hotel room.
Ryan was running his game and somehow managed to convince another girl to do a room swap so that he share his room with her and his friend shared her room with her friend she came to the wedding with. Get all that?
By the end of the night Ryan’s friend had so obnoxiously pointed out the fun that could come of the room swap and what wouldn’t happen (wink, wink). It didn’t help that he was a little tipsy too.
Thanks that that display of d-baggery the girls decided not to do the room swap and Ryan was stuck sharing his hotel room with his c-blocking buddy, as originally planned. After some thought, we’ve realized that Ryan’s friend is constantly c-blocking him at every corner, but not on purpose.
What is Ryan supposed to do about his friend? How do we get him to stop blocking Ryan’s chances?

As per Urban Dictionary…. The prevention of a potential hook-up. Either done by a jealous friend/douschebag, or by an overprotective friend (Mother Hen) of the girl involved in potential hook up……With that being said….is it possible Ryan’s “friend” has a CRUSH? A BRO-mance, shall we say?? Perhaps he doesn’t want Ryan to hookup because he want’s him all to himself!!! hmmmmmm….points to ponder??
Maybe he should pay for own room and try it solo? If all else he could have ditched his friend and shared the night with BOTH girls.

Maybe Ryan’s friend doesn’t know how to pick up on his own, so he c-block Ryan because of jealousy?? It doesn’t sound like his friend is totally aware of c-blocking Ryan. Maybe Ryan should hook him up with someone at the beginning of the night, so his friend isn’t concerned about what he is doing. Or maybe Ryan should find someone else to go out with.
How about flying SOLO, Ryan? If you keep showing up with this c-blocker, people will think you’re a couple, so it won’t *matter* that he’s a blocker!!!
