You do not realize how much harm you are doing by saying that graduating from high school and college does not mean anything. You cannot get to a higher degree, such as an MD, PhD or JD, without first getting a high school AND college degree. Each should be celebrated as milestones along the pathway to a successful career. Young people who achieve these milestones must be made to feel good about their accomplishments and encouraged to keep going to reach their goals.
