A heads up, just so Stan could’ve cleaned the room would’ve been nice. Other than that, it’s Rich’s right to have guests sleep in his apt when he chooses.
After I listened to what happened after the show, I can’t believe what a jerk Rich is! He went on and on about how Stan doesn’t pay for anything that he uses, that all the things Stan uses are things that are his…….Stan pays “rent”! Not for nothing but Nicole, if you can’t see that Rich was wrong, you’ve got problems too!
I totally think Stan has every right to be pissed, it’s his personal space, if Rich thinks that his rent doesn’t cover anything that he uses in the apt. then it must cover the rent. It’s not like he would have said no, it just would have been nice to have it cleaned up a bit. I’m on your side Stan!!
Stan had every right to ask for a heads up and all Rich had to do was say “sorry man, next time I’ll let you know ahead of time”. If you ask me it’s Rich who is the drama mama one little sorry and it would have been over. Instead he starts threatening to kick Stan out and that the Mash Up is going to be over…DRAMA
SORRY Stan but ….DRAMA,I do agree that Rich absolutely should have given you a heads up, but it is his place…& it’s not like it was just some random person that ‘slept’ in “your” bed

Still 100% on Rich is right, but the votes show otherwise. Also, in order to keep the friendship, (if wanted) Stan should take a heads up and look for another place to rent…God knows I would not want to live AND WORK with someone….never a good situation!
Dude….Rich, that is totally UNCOOL of you, man. Stan may only stay there four nights a week or whatever but he PAYS for that space, whether you like it or not. You both agreed on a certain amount for Stan to pay, and if he’s keeping up with his part of the deal, you need to respect his privacy. And really, is he being unreasonable? ALL HE ASKED is that you LET HIM KNOW! You’re acting like a pissy two year old with a God Complex. And furthermore, you may be “doing him a favor” or whatever, but he’s keeping up with his part of the deal, man. That doesn’t give you the right to say “but he only pays a MINISCULE amount”…give it up, bro. YOU AGREED to let him pay this “miniscule amount”, so if you want to cry about that you should have asked for more up front. Totally lost a huge amount of respect for you, man.
2nd class citizen. Stan, that is what you are to Rich. All the derogatory remarks he said on air, “…basement in Brooklyn…” and how easily he will throw you out in the street after your confrontation. Stan, you know in your heart that Rich is not your friend. I think it’s time for you to move on.
