Have You Ever Walked Out Of A Movie?

The other day Stanley T went to a screening of Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps, but he walked out of the movie before it was over. There wasn’t too much time left before the end, but still.

Now, Stan did it for noble reasons because he didn’t want to miss a meeting The Morning Mash Up was having. Most people will walk out of a movie because it’s so bad they can’t stand it any longer, but there are other reasons as well. Rich once walked out of a movie early because the girl he was with wanted to do naughty things with him.

Have you ever walked out of a movie early? What was your reason?

I had once walked out of a movie since someone kept kicking my chair in the back, even though i asked her to stop. I told the manager and got a ticket refund! :)

No but I wanted to. When my sister ,a friend and I went to see eclipse. I didn’t really like the movie. To make it worse I was stuck sitting next to two young girls that talked on the phone, to each other and a boy in front of them. This was all during one of the girls kicking the boy over the back of her seat. We told them to be quite but didn’t so my sister dropped the f-bomb and I wanted to die. They left the movie early.

I walked out of District 9. It was the most boring movie. I didn’t care about the characters or even what was going to happen. My boyfriend and I both love going to the movies and neither of us has ever left a movie before but we were in agreement. Never had the urge to know what happened either. It was just horrible.

I walked out of the Blair Witch Project. All that bouncing around with the camera gave me motion sickness, besides that the movie just sucked. I love thriller/horror movies… I was bored out of my mind with this one. P.S. I laughed all the way through Paranormal Activity too!

I got up and left from Spiderman 3. Not that the movie was bad, but because the video was not in focus and the audio was sub-par. It really bad when what you have at home is better than the theater.
