When You’re Older Do You Still Have To Remember Everyone’s Birthday?

Birthday Cake...Hmmm :)

The other morning, Rich was talking about birthdays in August and when Nicole said that her birthday was this month, he admitted he had had no idea it was coming up. Nicole got a little upset at Rich, since he’s supposed to be a good friend. Rich doesn’t remember most people’s birthdays though.

Rich says that as an adult you are no longer required to remember every single birthday of every single friend and family member. Once you get into adulthood you should no longer be allowed to make a big stink when someone doesn’t remember. We’re adults, we have more important things on our mind like bills , our family, and work than birthdays.

What do you think? Do you remember all your friends and families birthdays? Do you get mad when someone doesn’t remember yours?

P.S. Ryan’s birthday is on February 9th, Nicole’s  is on August 26th, Rich’s is on October 7th, and Stan’s is on October 30th.

My aunt is 54, she has never once missed a birthday for anyone in the family or any of her friends. She even makes sure that the birthday card arrives at least a day or two before our birthdays. It’s easy as filling it in in your cell phone when someone mentions it, making a list, getting a desk calendar and just sitting down for 20 minutes and filling it in… Even though you don’t care, someone else might. Plus, it’s their birthday, just remember their birthday and tell them that’s their present – so much cheaper!

I believe we should remember everyones birthday because everyone has been put here for a reason. Without that person things would be different. I am a person to help others out all the time. But on my birthday is one day I don’t. I am celebrating my 40th birthday on September 6, 2009. and I am greatly appreciated from alot of people. They call me their guardian angel. So I feel we should celebrate everyones birthday!! You are worth being remembered while you are alive!

I think you should at least have a calendar for all those birthdays so you don’t get in trouble.
